The ECF24 Conference will be organized on-site at the MOZAIK EVENT CENTER in Zagreb. Participants are welcome to present their Abstracts as oral or poster presentations, according to their preference. Being globally hit by the recent pandemics and difficulties with organizing travels, online presentation and participation in the ECF24 conference will be enabled as well, to guarantee the maximum conveniences for the registered participants.

In order to register for the participation at the ECF24 Conference please access the Conference Management System. All submissions, information of acceptance and participant registrations are organized through the Conference Management System.

Registration Fees

The registrations fees, with early bird registration applicable to registrations including full payment before July 22, 2024, are:

ESIS members discount: € 50,00 (ESIS membership card holders for 2023 or 2024 are entitled to the discount)

The above listed prices include VAT (25%).

The registration fees include: conference bag with accessories, Book of Abstracts on electronic media, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner and social program, admission to all scientific sessions, publication of a full paper (after review) in the ECF24 Special Issue Procedia Structural Integrity.

Accompanying Person registration fees include welcome reception, conference dinner and social program.

Payment Methods

The registration fees are to be paid by bank transfer (PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD). Please see the bank account details below. If you need a proforma invoice for payment by bank transfer, please download the Word document "PROFORMA INVOICE FORM" and fill in your data.

On request the registration fees can be paid by credit card.

Registration fees have to be paid without deductions. All banking costs have to be paid by the participant.

Cash payment on arrival in the conference venue at the registration desk is possible.

Important

Presentation of one abstract per one paid registration fee will be scheduled at ECF24.

One paper per one paid registration will be accepted (after review) for publication in the ECF24 Special Issue Procedia Structural Integrity.

It is possible to register and participate in the ECF24 conference and/or ESIS Summer School without submitting and presenting an abstract.

The participation fee should be paid not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event. Otherwise, the participation fee will be paid in the conference venue at the registration desk.

Conference registrations canceled after June 15, 2024, are not eligible for a refund.

Participants who paid the participation fee and for any reason cannot travel to Zagreb and participate on-site will be enabled to participate online.

By registering for participation in ECF24 users confirm their agreement with GDPR terms and conditions as stated in the Conference Management System.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman. If it is received prior to June 15, 2024, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of €75. Cancellations received after June 15, 2024 are not refundable. Name substitutions will be accepted at any time at no extra charge.
