The ECF24 Conference will be organized on-site at the MOZAIK EVENT CENTER in Zagreb. Participants are welcome to present their Abstracts as oral or poster presentations, according to their preference. Being globally hit by the recent pandemics and difficulties with organizing travels, online presentation and participation in the ECF24 conference will be enabled as well, to guarantee the maximum conveniences for the registered participants.
In order to register for the participation at the ECF24 Conference please access the Conference Management System. All submissions, information of acceptance, participant registrations and payments are organized through the Conference Management System.

The registration fees include: conference bag with accessories, Book of Abstracts on electronic media, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner and social program, admission to all scientific sessions, publication of a full paper (after review) in the ECF24 Special Issue Procedia Structural Integrity.
Accompanying Person registration fees include welcome reception, conference dinner and social program.
The registration fees are to be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Cash payment in the conference venue at the conference desk is possible.

Presentation of one abstract per one paid registration fee will be scheduled at ECF24. One paper per one paid registration will be accepted (after review) for publication in the ECF24 Special Issue Procedia Structural Integrity. It is possible to register and participate in the ECF24 conference and/or ESIS Summer School without submitting and presenting an abstract. Conference registrations canceled after June 15, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. By registering for participation in ECF24 participants confirm their agreement with GDPR terms and conditions as stated in the Conference Management System.
In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman. If it is received prior to June 15, 2024, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of €75.
